This is based on the lack of customer service I received through Galpin's service department. I had a recall with the locking mechanism on all four doors. Dom Prendergast was thoughtful and made the experience pleasant. I was there for almost 6 hours, but Dom was patient and at no time did it seem like I was there that long. Dom made the process smooth and painless. He walked me through all the new features and controls, a lot since, I went from a 2004 to a 2018. Dom, also, provided me with his number in case i have any issues and to set up my first service.
I was helped by Luis and Sean’s on my Volvo acquisition - both were amazing. Luis did all the sales and process went exactly as promised. I was in and out without additional headaches.
